牢靠化酶又称固相酶，是20世纪60年月陪同着酶工程研究生长起来的一种酶应用新手艺，是将可溶性的生物酶用物理或化学要领约束或限制于固体质料上，使之成为不可溶但仍具有其专属酶活性的状态，用于溶液中的种种酶催化反应。
